We offer a simple and easy-to-use photo uploading process. When you are on the product page, first choose the size and style you want. Then click “File Upload” and you will jump to our “Choose File” window. There, you will be given the option to upload your most favorite photo from your mobile phone, computer, which can then be added to the product.

Currently, you are unable to preview your customization before making the payment. However, we can send you a preview via email if the customization is complicated or if you are not satisfied with the images.

– If the images do not meet your preferences, we can request other images to complete the customization.

– For simple text customizations, we will automatically make the changes without providing a preview.

You can easily add text to make the gift more personal if pictures aren’t enough to show how much someone means to you. Most of our designs can be further personalized with text. You can add details like names and dates on the item. And you can even type a short message that you want to send to the recipient.

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
